The opportunity

The world’s warehouses are becoming "robot-native," yet these fleets are paralyzed by map decay. As physical environments change (i.e. pallets move, racks shift, and layouts evolve) robot maps become stale, leading to collisions, lost robots, and costly manual re-mapping cycles. We are building the first distributed spatial intelligence layer for mobile robot fleets. Our middleware enables robot swarms to collaboratively maintain a "living" map of their environment in real-time, without the need for centralized servers or expensive infrastructure upgrades.

What we are looking for

• •You are a high-velocity executor. You thrive in the "Zero-to-One" phase, where the goal is to ship fast and capture a rapidly closing window of opportunity.
• •You have founded or operated a warehouse-automation, supply-chain-tech, robotics-software, or industrial SaaS company before. Alternatively, you led commercial engagements at a logistics, materials handling, or warehouse robotics business in a senior commercial role and are ready to be the founder this time.
• •You have the rare ability to "code-switch" instantly, navigating a high-stakes pitch with a VP of Operations on a Tier 1 3PL floor in the morning, troubleshooting a deployment with a robotics engineer in the afternoon, and rigorously defending architectural trade-offs with your technical co-founders by the end of the week.
• •You possess a deep, intuitive grasp of how modern warehouses actually function. You understand the friction between racking layouts, AMR fleets, and fleet management platforms. While you aren't expected to write ROS 2 code, you must command the room when discussing how the technology impacts a customer’s bottom line.
• •You are based in Montréal, or open to relocating or traveling frequently during the first year.

What you will do

• •Set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale.
• •Recruit and lead a world class team to deliver against the company vision.
• •Create and launch the brand.
• •Establish and execute the go-to-market and expansion strategy.
• •Lead all fundraising activities (including debt and equity) to support growth objectives in partnership with Mila Ventures Studio (MVS).
• •Drive operations, including full P&L and cash flow management.
• •Lead in defining, evaluating and evolving the product roadmap by identifying new opportunities and gaps.
• •Determine the highest order KPIs and build the plan and team to measure, monitor, and improve them.
• •Drive strategy and decision-making across all functional areas, including product, data, contracting, operations, technology, marketing, and finance.
• •Regularly partner and communicate with MVS and relevant investors and/or Board of Directors.
• •Create and sustain a great company culture consisting of clearly articulated values and inspired leadership.
